Plastics And Vinyl Thermoforming
We have 9 vacuum forming ovens in our facility. The largest being 72''x156'' with dual 70'' stroke platens. We are capable of forming a wide range of starting thicknesses and can accommodate both small and large volume production runs.
CNC And Robotic Trimming
We have four 5 axis CNC routing centers and a 6 axis dual arm robotic cutter for close tolerance and high volume processing of parts to help insure that the customer gets the same quality part every time.
Processing And Assembly
Your products are inspected throughout each stage of production to see if they meet the quality standards established through the combined efforts of Paramount Plastics Inc. and our customers. We use many different assembly procedures such as Ultrasonic Welding to produce quality parts while using the latest technology adhesives for the bonding of component parts.
